For the Amann Group in Augsburg, we provided consulting support during the closure of the production site, including the sale of machinery and equipment as well as the strategic development of the company’s premises in the heart of Augsburg.

BPD PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
For BPD, one of Europe’s leading project developers, we provided consulting support in the pre-development of an industrial site of approximately 40,000 m². The project involved transforming the location into a 4–5 story residential and mixed-use development, including the integration of social infrastructure and community facilities.

HERRENKNECHT AG
As consulting partners to Herrenknecht AG, the world’s leading manufacturer of tunnel boring machines, we provided strategic advisory services in the areas of outsourcing and supplier development in Eastern Europe.
Our support enabled the establishment of a reliable supply chain for the delivery of more than 500 tons per month of galvanized steel structures, designed for the efficient removal and transport of excavated material.
The project was successfully implemented across multiple major tunneling sites in France, Switzerland, and Italy, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and uncompromising quality standards.
MLF CONCEPT GMBH
As a consulting partner to MLF CONCEPT GmbH—a steel-processing company with its own inland shipyard and operations in Germany and Poland—our role was to advise and support the optimization of internal material and production flow.

For the Deroni Group, we provided consulting and support in the development of an in-house packaging line, including the direct sourcing of corrugated base paper.
