Ralf Ferhadbegovic is a German entrepreneur, engineer and international business executive whose career spans more than three decades of executive leadership, industrial innovation and strategic business development, serving as CEO and majority shareholder of the family-owned corporate group.

Having successfully led and transformed internationally active family-owned industrial companies serving globally recognised corporations, he combines technical excellence with practical entrepreneurial judgement developed through decades of executive responsibility. 

His experience extends across engineering, manufacturing, international market expansion, corporate transformation, commercial leadership, global investments and real estates throughout Europe and beyond.

His great-uncle was the former President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Roman Herzog. In 2007, the Bavarian Prime Minister Edmund Stoiber visited his companies.
